We want you to be happy with what you buy.

14-day refund

If a product does not meet your expectations, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No complicated questions – a short reason helps us improve, but it is optional.

How to request

Reply to your Gumroad receipt or email jonatanivanhoe@gmail.com with the email used at purchase and your order/receipt number.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Gumroad/Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Free products

Free products involve no payment, so no refund applies.

Faulty files

If a download is broken or a file is wrong, contact us and we will fix it or refund you, even after 14 days.

After a refund

Please delete your copies of the refunded product.
